Great Files Seminar is a success

15 customers attended the Great Files Seminar on March 27th.

The seminar was based on providing our customer's with an understanding on how to use desktop tools to create efficient layouts.

Frederick Office Opens for Business

The Frederick Office was opened for business on February 1, 2008. We welcome Mark Smith and Christy Shreve to lead the efforts in the Frederick Division.

Our first Great Files Seminar

We hosted the “Great Files” seminar. 33 customers attended the seminar with 2 different classes taken place throughout the day. Todd Chronister and Rob Trebatoski, our leaders in the Premedia Department were the speakers at the event. They did an excellent job with this value added service to our customers.

FSC certification

Caskey Printing, Inc. has applied for the FSC certification.
March 12, 2008 is the audit date to be certified by the commission.

Dale Carnegie guides CSR Manager

Carrie Neff our Customer Service Manager graduated from Dale Carnegie class on October 25th. This 12 week course promoted principles on how to find success with avoiding the three major c words. Do not criticize, condemn or complain.

Seventh Digital Seminar

The seventh Digital Seminar day at Caskey. There were 15 customers that were educated on how Digital Printing can change their business. This brings our count now to 140 companies who have attended these educational seminars. You can learn MORE on September 18th at the next Digital Seminar.

Pennsylvania School of Technology

Tony Rife, VP of Sales and Jon Deakin, Sales Representative presented the Digital Seminar to the Pennsylvania School of Technology in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. There were 16 college graduates and 4 professors who attended the seminar.

Community Education

Fourteen High School students and 2 teachers came from Gettysburg High School to Caskey for a tour of the company and to press check an art booklet that the students created.

30% Production Increase

The new Heidelberg ST 350 Saddle Binder was installed and ready for production. The binder is equipped with bar code scanning equipment to assure that all books are collated correctly and will increase production on saddle stitch booklets by nearly 30%.

2006 Continued Winning Streak!

We closed the 2006 year with a 13% growth in total sales with 77 new customers coming on board. Congratulations to all for another successful year.
